Sundoro Tanuwidjaja | President Director | He is a professional consultant with over 12 years of extensive hotel & human resource experience | He’s been awarded a Diploma in Tourism Management at Center for Tourism Studies Adelaide Institute, completed his Bachelor of Business (Tourism & Hospitality) at the University of South Australia (1994) | While  working  with  many  Internationally known hotel chains, he has developed numerous training programs and seminars | In 2003 he started this human resources consultancy and personally conducts all managerial sessions.

Ignatius Hermansyah | Executive Director | completed his degree in Art (Theology & Philosophy) at the Uni. of Sanata Dharma, Yogyakarta. He has developed his entrepreneurship skill by opening his own small businesses | Currently he is developing and organizing in numerous of outbound and team building activities

Kadek Suartana Yasa | Associate Director | After completing his degree majoring in education, developing his career in hospitality industry since 1997 | He gained more than 14 years of experience in human resources and development | Having joined pre-opening, re-opening, restructured and new established company in Bali, he moved overseas where managed to deal with employees from more than 15 different nationalities | He designed and conducted numerous training program from staff to managerial level, including being a certified trainer | Moreover, he has been involved in a lot of various outbound and team building activities.
